Lost or Delayed Orders
If tracking shows no updates for 20 business days, contact support at support@dealsdreamy.com.
If your order is confirmed lost, you may choose to:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Have your order reshipped at no extra cost

If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping costs will apply. Always double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
