All DealsDreamy products are made to order specifically for you. This means:

Each item is produced only after your order is confirmed
We do not keep pre-made stock
This reduces waste and allows lower prices
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

RIGHT OF RETURN

TWO TYPES OF PRODUCTS

CUSTOMIZED / PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore:

No returns for change of mind
Only accepted in case of defect or production error
Reporting period: 14 days after delivery

After this period, standard statutory consumer rights under EU law apply.

NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery.

Conditions:

Product must be unused and unwashed
Product must be in resellable condition (tags preferably intact)
Proper packaging for transport
Return request submitted within 14 days
Product shipped back within 14 days after approval

We do not accept:

Used or damaged products
Damage caused by misuse
Requests outside the allowed timeframe

Right of withdrawal (non-personalized products):

Product: 100% refunded
Original standard shipping: refunded as required by EU law
Return shipping: paid by customer

Our error / defective product:

Product: 100%
Shipping: 100%
Return: free

If express shipping was selected, only the standard shipping amount is refundable.

DealsDreamy is not responsible for customer-initiated returns lost in transit.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only possible before production starts.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If tracking shows no movement for 20 business days, please contact support.

If an order is confirmed lost, you may choose between:

Full refund
Free replacement

Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

DealsDreamy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping costs will apply.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

PRIORITY RESOLUTION (INCLUDED)

All DealsDreamy orders include Priority Resolution at no additional cost.

Priority Resolution provides a 14-day window after delivery to report objective order-related issues and receive accelerated support.

During this period, customers may request replacement or refund exclusively in the following cases:

Product damaged during shipping
Manufacturing or printing defect
Production error
Lost order

In these cases, the resolution process is prioritized without lengthy carrier investigations.

Priority Resolution does NOT include:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size, color, or model selection
Normal wear and tear
Incorrect washing or care
Customer-caused damage
“I no longer like it” when the product matches the order

Priority Resolution does not replace or modify statutory consumer rights. It is an accelerated resolution service included with every order.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
