ORDER CANCELLATION
CUSTOMER-INITIATED CANCELLATION
Orders may only be cancelled if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
To request cancellation, contact support@dealsdreamy.com immediately with your order number.
DEALSDREAMY-INITIATED CANCELLATION
We may cancel an order if fulfillment is not possible, in cases of pricing errors, fraud, or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping details are available in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
